Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to be fair to both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following policy:
• Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be moved once to the new date. However, if you choose to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non-transferable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• No-Call, No-Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a full-service charge and a permanent ban from booking future appointments.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at or less than 48 hours before your scheduled time.
